All items will be shipped USPS First Class within two business days of your order. Preorders will ship as soon as we get the items in stock. If, at any time, you change your mind about an item before it has shipped, message us and we'll refund you in full. Please allow extended time for delivery on major holidays.

All sales are final unless items are damaged during transit or arrive not as described. Failure to attend events does not qualify for a refund unless the event has been cancelled.
