1. Be sure to **register in the Bandai app** for the correct date and time of your tournament.

2. **Pay online** and be sure to enter your shipping information at checkout using this link: https://shop.alatomtcg.com/one-piece-webcam-tournament.html.

3. Prizes will be shipped after you have attended 4 tournaments unless you request for them to be shipped sooner. If you do request to have your support shipped before attending 4 tournaments, you will incur a $5 shipping charge which must be paid before your support will be shipped. For international participants, free shipping will kick in after 12 events.

4. **Check in** by typing your Bandai username and your order number in the correct thread in#online-tournament-check-in.

5. The judge will start the tournament once everyone is checked in. Tournament will be capped at 3 rounds.

6. __All players must be in their assigned channels__ (tables, as numbered in the Bandai app), within 5 minutes of round start or they will lose that round. All players must have their entire play field visible at all times. **Turning your camera off or manipulating your opponents' ability to view your field at any time will result in a penalty.**

7. **If at any time you need judge assistance**, please @OnePieceJudge in #online-tournament-judge-tags.

8. When round 1 begins, judge will provide an ending time EST for round 1, then will give a 5 minute warning before end of round, as well as an announcement of time on round. When necessary, we will use stagetimer.io as our timer.

9. If at the time the round is announced over, players will play an additional three turns with the active player's turn as "turn 0." If at the end of those three turns there is not a clear winner, highest player life total wins.

10. Both players should report/check their reported results in the app to prevent incorrect results reported EVERY round. If you see an incorrect report has been entered, alert the Judge ASAP.

11. Rinse and repeat for rounds 2 and 3.

12. Standings will be posted publicly in the check-in thread at the end of the tournament. The winner will receive a winner pack in their monthly shipment. Winner will be calculated based upon breakers within the Bandai app if there is not a clear winner.
